IN ORDER FOR AN APPLICATION TO BE ACCEPTED BY THE FEDERATION IT'S CRUCIAL TO PRINT, FILL IN AND RETURN THE FORMS BY POST.

(at the minimum forms numbers 2, 5 and 6 as well as 1 photo)

 

The other forms are for information and according to your needs. To register with our club please print, fill in and sign the forms. The forms together with a photo of the player should to be returned to the club secretary. 

Remember that the player must visit one of the medical centers in the country and settle the seasonal sports fee ( September-April) within the first month that the player begins training.

In order for the player to obtain a licence and be able to participate in matches w e recommend that you carry out the procedures as soon as possible.
